The immense speed at which everything related to technology moves makes us permanently attentive to the news that we must transfer to our company. But not everything changes so quickly, and there are things “from the past” that are still useful to us, such as a Corporate Presentation. Just as having a Facebook page or a viral video are elements of relatively recently, the Corporate Presentation is something that, in one way or another, has been done throughout the history of companies.
The corporate presentation was possibly first an oral speech that the businessman had studied and recited before his clients, and now it can be a super-worked video that we post on YouTube so that all our potential customers can see us. But currently, most times the presentation is a PowerPoint (or similar) that we send via email or, if they leave us, we present at the client’s offices.
Nowadays, the corporate presentation has left the large corporate offices and is everywhere, including customers can see it. In the design of the corporate presentation, everything must keep harmony. The corporate presentation must represent both the company and the product and create pleasant sensations in view of the consumer. Also, there are some elements to consider within the presentation.
For example:
Functional: that the information is timely and responds to the main that a client makes when taking the product in their hands.
Resistant: the transport of the products can damage the packaging and when placing them on a shelf if mistreated it is very likely that no one will buy it.
Aesthetic: we have said it before, but here we specify. The quality of the label should be high and should not be blurred or faded. The colors must be alive and harmonious, not divorcing the original brand.
Recognizable: that is, that its originality is such -following the above requirements-, that when a client sees it from afar, it quickly identifies it.
Quality: the corporate presentation and quality are intertwined. Well, if you have an excellent corporate presentation and poor quality, even if the customer purchases your product, it may not be true to the brand if the product has poor quality. The quality must never be inferior to what you present.
The importance of a corporate presentation is that if we can make a presentation a powerful communication tool through visual content, an image aligned with the image of the company, we will reach our target audience and position ourselves within the market and the sector in an appropriate way in the different forums: in the sale, in congresses and conferences as well as in the internal communication of HR where many times we do not manage to arrive because the information is not read, so important for them.
Many companies are responsible for designing corporate presentations so that companies can increase their sales and increase their brand, in addition to allowing them to express their goals to the company
